INTRODUCTION:

                              The fifth law of library Science states that Library is a growing organism. The three main
                       parts of the organism that are capable of growing in the context of a Library are the Books, Readers
                      and staff. A Modern Library is a Trinity of these factors. The Three development phases of the
                      Modern Library are The Paper Library , The Automated Library and The Electronic library.
