Higher education institutions cannot do without quality. However big they are if they cannot command quality, their contribution to higher education will not be substantial. The progress of a nation depends on the standards of excellence and quality offered by the institutions of higher learning. Henceforth, to enhance Quality Sustenance in our institution and also as a Post accreditation measure, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) was established, to channel the efforts and measures of our institution towards academic excellence. The Cell comprises Thiru.M.Jayaraman, President, College Governing Council, & Thiru.K.Rengarajan, Secretary, College Governing Council, & Thiru.V.Ramanathan @ Sekar, Treasurer, College Governing Council as members from the management, the Principal Dr.(Mrs)V.Sujatha as the Chair-person and Members of Academic Staff Council. Prof. G.Balakrishnan,Retd.,VicePrincipal , St.Joseph College, Trichy and Mr.K.Subbraman, Director, SCOPE, Trichy act as local nominees from the society. In this regard Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) meetings were convened on the following days in the academic year 2004-2005.
