Applicants must take sufficient numbers of attested copies of their Higher Secondary Mark sheet & Transfer Certificate before
    surrendering them to the College Office. After admission, the Original Transfer Certficate will not be issued, under any circumstances.

   The candidates should ensure that they furnish correct marks in the Application form.

   Candidates are informed that, if after proper scrutiny of marks, if found that the marks furnished in the application form are not correct,  then, they will forfeit the admission, no matter at what stage of the course they will be in, at the time.

  Admission is subject to verification of statement of marks by Director of Government Examination and if the statement of marks is found   to be bogus, admission is liable for cancellation besides criminal action being taken.

   *) All selected applicants must bring the following :

      1) The Interview card.

      2) Three Passport size photographs recently taken.

      3) Statement of marks in Higher Secondary / Degree Mark Sheet (Original + 3 Photocopies (Xerox) ).

      4) Transfer Certificate - Original.

      5) Conduct Certificate (Original +1 Photocopy (Xerox))

      6) Community Certificate in respect of BC/MBC/SC&ST candidates ( Original +1 Photocopy (Xerox))
