ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT CELL

Entrepreneurial Development Cell commenced in 2003 with a motto to make a Students as "Job Creators rather than Job Seekers". Every Year We Conduct a minimum of 5 Self employment training Programmes to our students. We accord Permission to self help group members to promote their own products in our college from 2006 onwards.

They utilize this opportunity and earn Rs.1,50,000 every year. Several workshops are conducted to SHGs with collaboratio with Center for Women Studies, Bharathidasan University. We conducted training on production of Sanitary Napkins. Now we are rendering training to SHGs in Management Development Programme for Women Entrepreneurs in Engineering and Fabrication.

Objectives of Entrepreneurship Development cell

To equip students with requisite skill for effective organization of entrepreneurial business

To organize seminars Conferences, Training workshops etc.,

To develop competent entrepreneurs of tomorrow through personal counseling, motivation, self-confidence and bring out the latest entrepreneurial potential among students.
